A few day ago,Dongguan Simoire Electronics Science&Technology Company accused Fujian Optoelectronic Technology Co.,Ltd.for infringement of their LED flip screen patent.On 20th November,Foshan City Intermediate People's Court tried this case and decided for the plaintiff.The defendant,Fujian Optoelectronic Technology Co.,Ltd.,must stop manufacturing,using or selling LED flip displays.At the same time the stocked LED flip display products must be destroyed.
According to another survey confirmed,Besides infringement,Fujian Optoelectronic Technology Co.,Ltd.has also taken false propaganda and commercial fraud activities.The propaganda from the company which claims to the LED flip display with the power consumption of 68w/㎡has obtained 29 national patents,is also exaggerated and false information.
